Pierros Italian Bistro

I celebrated my birthday here for lunch.
It was my second visit to this restaurant, which is one of my favorite spots for Italian cuisine.
We started with delicious bread rolls and calamari.
One of the highlights was the lunch special, offering a half portion of a main dish and a choice of Caesar salad, dinner salad, or soup.
I opted for the lunch fettuccine with four shrimp.
The lobster ravioli was divine and tantalized my taste buds.
For dessert, I indulged in fried dough dusted with powdered sugar, served with chocolate and caramel sauces on the side. Yes, I may have exceeded my daily calorie and carb intake, but every bite was absolutely worth it.
The service was impeccable as always, and I extend my heartfelt thanks to the team for making my birthday lunch so special.

I sat at the bar and had some friendly conversation with the lady bartender.
Things got pretty moving tho, when they got sat with a party of like 15.
So, the bartender had to REALLY hustle.
Either way, the service was OUTSTANDING!! I started off with the spinach artichoke dip with little toasted bread.
I already thought that I had the best dip in other well-known restaurants, but this one, by far, beats it. Between how far the cheese would stretch and how tasty and kinda moist the cheese was, it was more cheese than there was bread for.
I had my usual Amertto sour, which was divine.
She made it just how I liked it and had a few of those.
By the time I got to the main course and had my Tuscan Ribeye, which I believe was 14oz, and I had it medium rare, I was already feeling pretty full.
Finished it off with some great pasta and washed it done with a coke to have one of the greatest meals I've had in a really long time. My wife was just getting off from work and was able to join me later.
Which, of course, I told her about the artichoke spinach dip cause that's one of her favorite appetizers.
All in all, I'm definitely gonna make this one of our spots to dine and relax.
We just got here to Liberty, so we were wondering when we would find our spot at last. So yes, stop on by cause you won't regret it.

Disclaimer- We took pictures of the food after indulging a bit otherwise we liked it. We ordered fried calamari, chicken Leonardo, and lobster ravioli and were delighted.
The restaurant has cool decor and has a classy vibe to it but the restroom can use a makeover. Service was cool.
Our waitress was attentive…kept checking on us and ensured our beverages didn’t go below half glass. Glad we had lunch here.
