Piedmont Bistro is a cozy gem nestled in The Shoppes at Piedmont. 🌟 I indulged in the scallop and pork belly carbonara, and it was divine - perfectly buttery scallops paired with tender pork belly swimming in a creamy sauce. My friend enjoyed the crab cake eggs Benedict, which was hearty enough to share!

We sat on the patio, enjoying the lively ambiance, while Andrew, our attentive server, offered delightful recommendations. The smoked gouda and spinach dip with homemade chips was a must-try!

The chocolate Dobos torte was the perfect sweet ending. We'll definitely be back for more culinary adventures! 🍴✨
