Piedmont 5 Cafe is a solid choice for a hearty American meal in Greensboro. I visited for lunch and ordered the BBQ plate with mac & cheese - both were absolutely delicious! 😋

However, they're currently sharing a kitchen with the restaurant next door due to renovations, which created some hiccups. My fries arrived cold, but the staff were friendly and promptly prepared a fresh batch. I appreciated their quick response, although I did get a smaller portion than expected.

I’ll probably wait for the renovation to finish before returning, but the BBQ is worth noting! 🍴
