Picasso Cafe is a delightful find in Oklahoma City! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made our visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the lobster bisque; it was bursting with flavor even if just a tad salty. The fried goat cheese drizzled with honey was a hit too!
