Phuong Dong is a cozy spot that hits the mark for casual Vietnamese dining. I indulged in the Tom Kha Soup for just €15, and let me tell you, it was a hearty bowl of flavor packed with fresh ingredients. The fried beef with veggies was a delightful complement! Although my friend's beef dish could have been better - it was a bit dry - the atmosphere made it a lovely evening overall.
