Pho Viet Thai is a delightful little spot tucked in South Tacoma Plaza. I opted for the house special pho, and the rich broth truly impressed me - it was flavorful without being overpowering. The ambiance felt cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal. I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility and friendly vibe; it’s great to see an LGBTQ+ and veteran-owned place!

Though the appetizer prices seemed a bit steep, the generous portions made up for it. I’ll definitely return for another hearty bowl... 🌟
