Pho Viet offers a delightful taste of Vietnam amid Edinburgh’s bustle. The pho, rich in flavor, has definitely earned its praise - my partner claimed it was the best she's had! We also enjoyed the crispy fried squid, which paired perfectly with their selection of organic dishes. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, making it an excellent spot for groups or families. Plus, the Vietnamese coffee was a perfect end to our meal. Definitely a place to revisit! ☕
