Pho Phan offers a cozy and inviting space that’s perfect for savoring delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I had the Pho Xao with chicken, and it was simply delightful - the flavors were spot on! The menu also boasts a variety of vegan options that didn’t disappoint. I appreciated the casual ambiance, complete with a warm fireplace inviting for a chilly evening.

The staff were friendly, and though I felt a bit rushed during dinner, the overall experience was positive. I’ll definitely return for another serving of those lovely small plates... 🥢
