Pho Pasteur is a delightful find in Catonsville! The pho here is an absolute standout, with large portions at just $13. The broth is rich and savory, reminiscent of traditional Hanoi flavors. On my last visit, I also tried the pork bún, which was perfectly sweet and charred, topped with crunchy peanuts.
