Pho One in Kapolei offers a cozy, casual atmosphere perfect for a laid-back meal. I had the Seafood Pho, and the broth was rich and flavorful, complemented by fresh veggies. The spring rolls were light and crispy - definitely a winner!

Service was friendly, although a bit on the rushed side; I felt hurried to order. They do have free parking, which is a plus. Overall, a solid choice if you're craving Vietnamese comfort food...!
