Pho Ngoc Yen Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience wrapped in a cozy atmosphere. I was particularly charmed by the tranquil blue decor and the welcoming vibe as soon as I walked in.

My order included the classic beef pho, which was steaming hot and generously packed with tender meat and fresh herbs. The broth was rich and fragrant, living up to my expectations!

Also tried the vegan spring rolls; they were crispy and packed a flavor punch. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a satisfying meal worth returning to. 🍜
