Pho Hai is a delightful gem for pho lovers! 🌟 The ambiance is cozy and casual, perfect for enjoying a comforting bowl of broth. I tried the beef with tripe and it was simply divine - full of flavor and warmth. My spouse enjoyed the shrimp vermicelli, though the shrimp's strong taste wasn't quite her favorite.

Highlight: the incredible tea selection! 🫖

The staff was friendly, although they hovered a bit. Overall, I'd say it's a top spot for a quick bite in Houston. I can’t wait to return! What will I try next...?
