Pho Dan, tucked away in Vintage Plaza, is a gem for Vietnamese food lovers! 🌟 I ordered the bun bo and while the broth was unique, it might appeal more to non-Viet palates. My wife enjoyed the com tam, calling it “more than okay,” and the dark meat chicken pho is a rare find in the area!
The spring rolls were a hit, just remind them about peanut allergies! The generous portions made my dry noodles with shrimp, chicken, and pork both satisfying and delicious.
The atmosphere could use a little tidiness, but the friendly staff make up for it. I’ll definitely try their pho next time! 🍜
