Pho Chau offers a delightful Vietnamese experience right in Rochester. I savored the beef pho with meatballs and brisket, and the flavorful broth was a highlight - rich, aromatic, and perfect without any extras. The crispy egg rolls complemented my meal wonderfully.

The atmosphere is cozy, making it ideal for a casual lunch or dinner. Service was quick, though our server could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, it's a place I'll definitely return to for those heartwarming dishes! 🍜
