Pho BC is my go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine! The recent renovations have made the atmosphere even more inviting. I can’t recommend the Chicken Pho with Beef Broth enough - it's bursting with flavor! 😋 The pork rolls are a must-try, and their bubble tea, especially the Thai tea, is unbeatable in Lexington.

Sure, the staff is busy, but it’s worth the short wait. I’ve also tried the brisket pho and curry chicken, both stellar. The only downside? Prices have gone up a bit recently. All in all, if you're a pho lover, Pho BC is the place to be! 🌟
