Pho Bamboo Restaurant is a cozy gem in Garland that offers delicious Vietnamese cuisine! 🌟 I visited for a quick lunch and ordered the small combination pho and shrimp spring rolls. The pho had a rich, flavorful broth with hearty noodles and plenty of meat - definitely one of the tastiest I’ve had!

The spring rolls were fresh and generously sized, making for a perfect pairing. The atmosphere is casual, and the young, friendly staff were attentive despite occasionally being on their phones.

I’ll definitely be back for more healthy options and to try their acclaimed butter fried wings! 🍜🥢
