Pho 815 is a delightful gem tucked away in a strip mall! 🌟 The vibrant decor pleasantly surprised me, contrasting nicely with the outside. I ordered the 815 Specialty Phở and specialty fried rice - both were flavorful and incredibly filling. The broth was one of the best I’ve tasted!

I appreciated the option to swap noodles for cabbage, which was a thoughtful touch for my dietary needs.

The service was efficient, though I did notice some items on the menu were unavailable during my visit. Overall, I'm excited to return and try the spring rolls next time! ✨🥢
