Barbecue restaurant
Phat Jack's BBQ is a laid-back spot in Lincoln, known for its mouthwatering barbecue delights. From the famous burnt end sandwich to creamy mac n cheese, the flavors occasionally hit the mark. While many diners rave about the tender brisket and signature sauces, recent visits suggest a need for attention to detail, with some items frequently unavailable. Priced moderately, it’s a favorite for casual dining, but improvements in service and cleanliness would elevate the experience for returning patrons.

September 28, 2024Phat Jack's BBQ has some hits and misses lately. I tried the burnt end sandwich, and it was perfection with a side of creamy mac n cheese and mild BBQ sauce – absolutely delicious! 🍖
However, they seem to be struggling with consistency. On previous visits, I’ve found items unavailable, and the last time, the sweet tea had a strange aftertaste. While the ribs were great, the brisket needed more seasoning.
Here’s hoping they can bounce back to those mouthwatering flavors I remember! Looking forward to trying the cornbread next time...
