We always love our Peter Piper pizza.Unfortunately this time they missed the mark.We order extra large pizza and the toppings were few and far between. This affected the taste of our pizza. We have never had this issue. We spent over 60$ on 2 extra large and 1 small. If I knew so little toppings were given, I would have paid extra. We live in Floresville which is 20 minutes away, so we weren't going to drive back for a fix.Very disappointed.
oh boy where to begin.Service was friendly at the counter, the girl had nice nails! But when she was making my food without gloves all of a sudden they were not so nice to me..I've previously been a cook in restaurants for 3 years and studied culinary for about 3 years before that, I've done extensive food safety training. The stuff I saw made my stomach turn.It was unfortunate I could see all the workers making my food...going from the broom, to the pizza, to touching their face, back to my food...I decided to just not complain and eat the pizza because my boyfriend was hungry and I didn't want to seem rude. The pizza was actually pretty good ! This was my first time here. But a few hours later my stomach is turning and feel like I'm going to vomit, have sharp pains. The way the food prepared was pretty disturbing. No thought what so-ever.I feel part of the problem is they probably do not get paid enough to care.I can't blame them.I just know as a former cook I held myself to high safety and sanitation standards when preparing peoples food! There was 5 people making one pizza touching garbage, money, etc. I would never go back..I have to give one star because I am grossed out but the food was not too bad, probably give higher rating if I didn't see them making it.Should have just gotten a refund after what I saw.
Possibly the worst PPP I’ve ever been to.And I stay on the west side and the service and food over there is immaculate compared to this location.Came in and ordered, 5 Pc wing, salad and drink.Mind you, they are not busy, not in the slightest.Got like 3 parties and ranging from 5-10 people each. The wings took 30 mins.I asked for them extra crispy, they were not crispy.Kinda bummed bc I hardly eat PPP anymore but deff won’t return to this location :,( oh and the workers ain’t worth a chit either.None of them look like they wanna be here.Except the guy who helped me with my wings, a small Edgar who tried to make them more crispy but their oven jus sucks I guess.Anyways.Last time I come here.
