Perry's Steakhouse & Grille

Been wanting to check out the famous Pork Chop at Perry’s.
We with some friends made reservations and got to check it out.
We all got Pork Chops, of course.
Two of us got dinner portions and the other two got lunch portions.
We also had apps and drinks. Pork Chop Plate 9/10 - the size was HUGE and the flavor was bigger! These things are legendary and don’t disappoint.
My only regret was not sharing one with my wife.
We definitely had leftovers.
The chop is grilled to perfection.
The servers carve it up to expose the “ribs” and the “eyebrow” for easier eating.
It is a flavor experience worth trying. Sides 7/10 - the Au Gratin Potatoes were very tasty and portioned amply.
The Mashed Potatoes were buttery and good. Appetizers 6/10 - the Carpaccio was not good in our opinion.
No one at the table enjoyed it.
It was lacking in flavor.
The Stuffed Shrooms were very good though. Service 9/10 - Liv was our server and did a phenomenal job of being friendly and attentive. Atmosphere 8/10 - very upscale and nice restaurant. Overall 9/10 - highly suggest visiting!! It’s worth it!

Having a meal at Perry’s is always a great experience.
We were immediately greeted by our server, Gibby.
We dined at the restaurant last night and had the 10 ounce fillet, macaroni and cheese, and twice baked whipped potatoes.
The steak was perfectly cooked at medium rare and very hot.
The macaroni and cheese was great, The twice baked potatoes were melt in your mouth delicious! The service was fantastic.
Gibby seemed to appear whenever we needed something, yet he did not hover. There are a number of high-end steakhouses in San Antonio, and Perry’s never disappoints! We definitely will be back.

We ordered takeout for lunch here a few weeks ago for our Anniversary.
We ordered two orders of the Friday lunch cut Pork Chops with whipped potatoes, homemade applesauce, bread with whipped butter and Perry’s signature steak butter to top our Chops.
All of the food was excellent!!! The Pork chops were seasoned very well and very good as was all of the sides.
We will definitely return again and would certainly recommend that you try this restaurant.
