Pera offers a delightful taste of Turkey right in the heart of Edinburgh! We recently dined in, and it exceeded our expectations. The halloumi sucuk was a tasty starter, but the highlight was undoubtedly the kuzu kanurga - lamb ribs that were incredibly tender and flavorful without any overpowering lamb smell.
