Peking Inn is a casual Chinese takeaway that offers a solid variety for late-night cravings. I recently tried their sweet and sour chicken balls, which had an unexpected salty twist. The egg fried rice was pleasantly fluffy, though the curry sauce was a bit odd - sweet and orange isn’t quite what I expected.

Service could use a bit of warmth; a simple greeting would be nice. Though not the best in Clacton-on-Sea, I might give it another shot for a late-night snack... 🌙
