Pedro's Mexican Grill is a hidden gem in Anchorage! 🌮✨ The fish tacos were outstanding - crispy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by a refreshing margarita from their happy hour menu. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, making it ideal for both solo dining and family gatherings. Loved their vegetarian options as well. Plus, very wheelchair accessible! Definitely coming back for brunch.
