terrible staff, there is nothing, the staff does not wear gloves, the pizza is not tasty! The vegetables are very tough! I don't recommend

Sorry you had a poor experience and did not like the taste. Please note the food safety now recommends no gloves for food prep for better safety. Also we do use fresh ingredients and vegetables. Fully understand if that is not your preference just wanted to mention it is on purpose to use fresh vegetables. We are sorry our flavors are not your preference we wish you the best.
I placed my order on the Papa John’s website.I tipped the driver in advance when I placed the order online.I did not know that Papa John’s partnered with DoorDash for delivery.I tried to call the DoorDash driver immediately after I placed my order, to ask for plates and napkins, and he didn’t pick up the phone.I tried to call the Papa John’s location, and they put me on hold two times and did not answer the phone, when I tried to reach the store.This is simply unacceptable and unprofessional.For both entities to not answer my call at all, calls for serious change. P.S.XL Pizza barely had pepperoni and very small sausages, not as advertised at all.Boneless wings looked like frozen chicken nuggets, but sauce was okay.Free delivery code worked thank goodness.But you have to spend $35.00 minimum =\
Would give 0 if I could, I’ve ordered twice on Uber eats, had a phone call saying my orders cancelled after ages of waiting and the phone hung up.Blocked my number and I approached Uber who would not help.I will be taking this further if I continue to receive no help from the franchise. Any further help they can offer they are entitled to contact me, I will be happy to assist and send over receipts recordings of voicemails not that they wish to hear me I’ve tried.Order name is in kallum to Newhall.

We are so sorry and even more sorry we can’t help more because Uber eats orders we get almost no info not even the full name and we don’t even get the address for orders. The Uber eats and DoorDash companies make it so it requires to resolve with them directly. We hope you might consider trying again and ordering with us directly. We have then the full info to help and even have great deals on our website and can fix anything directly. We know it’s frustrating - but please know it’s not just us but any restaurant gets very limited info about the order on Uber eats and there is no way for us to resolve an order either. We wish we could help more - direct orders we can definitely help.
