Papa John is our favorite pizza restaurant.
The delivery service is awesome.
The food is always fresh and delicious.
Even the wings are great.
When I'm having a rough week or needing a cheat day, we ordered Papa John because we appreciate the hard work the staff provides.

Completely unsatisfied I don’t know where to begin.
Customer service is horrible.
This location have trouble reading tickets correctly.
I ORDERED A LARGE crispy PARM pizza wait time was 48 mins just for me to get it and it’s not right.
PRESENTATION IS HORRENDOUS just slack.Manager sound like a emo robot very dry and nonchalant.
He told me he was going to remake it and send it out he said it should be about a hour….just to get a call back with him asking for the wrong person …that he sworn he said the right name (take accountability) just for me to tell him he has the wrong number….I continue to wait and grab my phone just to see when was the last time I called him because it’s been a while just to find out that was Papa John’s manager calling me back to confirm the ticket on the box….He then says we gave you the correct pizza a NY style pizza wouldn’t fit in that size box… wtf… soooooo you’re not remaking it ….cool I’ll just take a refund…….just clean house and hope for a better new hires because that night crew is trash.
How did you get to be a manager Jacksonville is really desperate for workers it’s sad….I gave this place too many chances and too much of my money never again.

I called the store today and Charles helped me.
For some reason my order routed to Florida but live in California and he was so helpful getting it voided for me and provided me with the correct number to place new order.
Charles was so generous and helpful!
