Pizza restaurant
Papa John's Pizza, located in Rutgers Plaza, serves up classic comfort food on a budget. While their casual atmosphere invites diners to enjoy a quick lunch or dinner, the service has drawn mixed reactions. Some patrons rave about the quick no-contact delivery options, while others voice concerns over order accuracy and taste. Although it’s wheelchair accessible and offers a free parking lot, recent reviews suggest improvements are needed for a satisfying experience. For reliable pizza, exploring other local options may be wise.

September 15, 2024I recently ordered from Papa John’s Pizza in Jacksonville, and it turned out to be a mixed experience. 🍕
While the atmosphere was casual and relaxed, my pizza was disappointingly flat and lacked sauce. The delivery service was prompt, but it took a little longer than expected. I loved the garlic knots as a side; they were warm and flavorful!
Despite this, the service was a bit off, with some minor issues during ordering.
Nevertheless, it’s a great option for a quick, casual meal. I might give them another shot... just hope for better luck next time!
