Panther Dining Hall at Florida Institute of Technology offers an impressive buffet experience, perfect for the bustling student crowd. I particularly enjoyed their themed international dinners, like the aromatic Indian night. The butter chicken was flavorful, paired nicely with freshly made naan.

While some hot items can be hit or miss (the beef could use more attention), the salad bar features fresh greens and a nice selection of dressings. Don't skip the desserts - those sweet gulab jamun are a real treat! 🍽️
