I recently dined at Panda Express on Nicholasville Rd, and while I appreciate the convenience, the experience left much to be desired. The chicken was sadly dry, and the noodles had a definite lack of flavor - like chewing on straw. 😬

Joy, our server, seemed overwhelmed and rushed, which didn’t help. I mean, a little friendliness goes a long way! The spring rolls were tasty, but having to ask multiple times for soy sauce was frustrating.

Maybe I’ll try a different location next time. Fingers crossed...🤞
