Pancho's Place offers a cozy atmosphere that’s inviting for groups or solo diners. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the shrimp fajitas. They arrived promptly, although I wished for a bit more heat in the dish. Once I mentioned it to our friendly waiter, Fonz, he quickly resolved the temperature issue! The flavors were decent, but the portion size felt generous enough to share. I’d like to explore more of the menu before deciding if this is my go-to Mexican spot. 🌮
