Stepping into Pancho's Mexican Buffet felt like a nostalgic trip back to my childhood! 🇲🇽 The all-you-can-eat setup is a true delight, with a variety of classic options like tamales, enchiladas, and the elusive chile relleno.

I was particularly impressed by the fresh curtido mix, perfectly seasoned, and the green chile stew - just the right amount of spice! 🌶️ While some fried items could use a little oil refresh, the overall food quality was satisfying.

Service was exceptional; our server met our needs promptly, especially when we raised the flag for more! Can’t wait to return... 😃
