Pancho Mexican Restaurant Towers in Roanoke is a delightful spot for fantastic Mexican fare! 🌮 I tried the al-pastor and asada tacos - both bursting with flavor, paired perfectly with their fresh salsa and crunchy tortilla chips. The casual vibe makes it a great place for families or groups, and the happy hour specials, especially half-off margaritas on Wednesdays and Saturdays, are a definite highlight.
