I can't believe what happened with my recent order.
I specifically ordered a chicken soup, the only soup on the menu that includes chicken, and instead, I received a tortilla soup.
It's infuriating that I was charged for something I didn't order. The experience was made worse by the incredibly slow service.
Despite the order being to-go, I had to wait an excessively long time.
I called twice to inform them that I was waiting outside, yet I still had to wait for 20 minutes.
This level of service is unacceptable. The worst part of all was when I got home and realized the soup was wrong.
I immediately tried to call the restaurant, but after five attempts with no answer, I had no choice but to wait until tomorrow to see what excuse they will offer.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

I had the enchilada collojeras very good.
The server was great and overall 5 star. The atmosphere gave off a nice vibe I was kinda hoping to hear some of the piano.
Otherwise it was very calming and relaxing. Thanks, for my first time eating here I am planning to stop again.
