Pajo's at YVR Airport has quickly become my go-to for a satisfying meal before a flight. I indulged in the triple whammy - a delightful mix of cod, salmon, and halibut, perfectly battered and fried to crispy perfection. The accompanying fries were fresh, though a tad soft for my taste. The casual atmosphere and friendly service made my experience even better. Plus, I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility throughout the space. A great spot to fuel up before takeoff!... 🍟
