Paillard in Cap-Rouge offers a delightful blend of pastries and casual bites that are hard to resist. I enjoyed their fluffy chocolate croissant, especially when warmed - such a treat! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed breakfast.

I also tried the chipotle chicken sandwich, which was fresh and flavorful. The only downside was the small size of the pastries included in the combo, but they were still enjoyable. Overall, it’s a lovely place to indulge in delicious baked goods and good coffee. Definitely worth a visit! ☕️
