After wandering around Portland, we stumbled into Pai Men Miyake, craving something warm and satisfying. The pork buns were an incredible start - bursting with flavor and a must-try! For the main, I opted for the tantanmen ramen, which was perfectly spiced and incredibly rich. The beef short rib ramen was my friend's choice, and it did not disappoint; the meat was tender and flavorful. The cozy atmosphere makes for a great dining experience, but be ready to wait for a seat during busy times! 🍜
