Paglia e Fieno offers a delightful taste of Italy right on Via Casilina. The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a family dinner or a bite with friends. I savored the carbonara, which was rich and wonderfully creamy - definitely a highlight! Their pizza had a perfectly crispy crust and was incredibly fresh. The staff were friendly, making you feel right at home. Although service could be a tad slow during peak hours, the delicious wine and charming vibe make it worthwhile. 🍷
