I recently dined at Oyo and was transported straight to the Caribbean! 🌴 The vibe is casual yet trendy, perfect for a relaxed meal. We started with the Calypso Ceviche, bursting with flavor but a bit on the smaller side for $18.

The real star was the Guyanese cook-up rice; it reminded me of a hearty paella, packed with delicious proteins. The beef oxtails were another highlight - just divine! 🥘

Service was friendly, and the atmosphere lively with live music. A great spot for a fun dinner! Can't wait to return! 🍹
