I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse, and while the atmosphere was pleasant, the meal had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the ribeye; it was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The blooming onion was a hit at our table, paired nicely with the tangy dipping sauce.

However, the salad disappointed - mostly iceberg lettuce with too little dressing. Service was friendly, but my experience was marred slightly by the wait for our drinks. Overall, a decent experience, but I might consider other steakhouses in town next time... 🍽️
