First & Foremost...
Post dinner I had to hit the restroom and upon exiting witnessed our waitress rudely complain with a huff n' puff that we only gave her a $10 tip.
Our bill was $66.
Salad was served with mostly the stale Stems -no Fresh Lettuce.
Other then the Ambient & Quieter atmosphere I'd much rather choose to dine at Texas Roadhouse.
Their staff will treat you amazingly every damn time -not dependent on Tips (they won't even look at the receipt).

Steak was cooked perfectly.
Food tasted great.
Drink was fantastic, the blackberry sangria...mmm! Blooming onion was tasty, the sauce was super yummy, just wanted more of it! Bread was warm and soft.
Nice dinner out.

Edit review, I asked for a manager and talked to Nathan.
He took complaint seriously and did all possible to take care of the problem.
Because of management, I raise the rating.
I will order here again.
I understand that sometimes a good place has an unusually bad situation. Ordered 2 meals of 18 oz ribeye with fries, salad, bowl of potatoe soup and blooming onion.
The salad was mainly ice burg lettuce, and dressing was only enough for a couple pieces of lettuce, barely any cheese or any toppings.
Both steaks were 90% fat (see photo), potato was great, blooming onion great, fries ok.
Because this meal for 2 was over $100.00, I would'nt recommend.
Very disappointed
