We celebrated my husband's birthday at Outback Steakhouse, and overall, it was a solid experience! 🥳

The atmosphere was lively, with a wait of about 45 minutes on a Saturday night. Our server was kind and attentive, although our blooming onion came out late - definitely a highlight I was excited to try!

I ordered the 6oz sirloin, which was expertly cooked to a perfect medium-rare and paired beautifully with their savory coconut shrimp (though I could’ve used a few more!). My husband had the prime rib, which was a bit of a letdown.

Overall, a fun night with tasty food. We'll be back to give that rib-eye a
