Italian restaurant
Our 2nd time visiting, and definitely not the last, as our daughter in particular LOVES their pizza.Since True Crafted Pizza at Stonecrest closed in 2023, this is the closest we’ve found. The outside dining doesn’t have much atmosphere, but it was a lovely spring evening in Charlotte, so very pleasant. Our waiter (feel bad that I forgot his name) was wonderful - just the right amount of attention without overdoing it. The braised short rip pizza was very good; my only quibble with it, was the short rib was a little dry.Still delicious, though. The Margherita pizza is perfect, and the Eggplant Parmagiana (not pictured) with spaghetti was good 1 and a lot of food! My wife thought the tiramisu was wonderful, our girls polished off the hot chocolate chip brownie, and their vanilla/chocolate/honey bourbon tickled my taste buds just like a real Italian gelato.

A descent restaurant in Park Road Shopping Center. Thus easy to park for sure.Reservation recommended for dinners and weekends. The appetizers and pizzas were served super fast.Everything tasty, the Prosciutto di Parma worth another highlight for its fig spread - I Iike that twist of sweet to the meat pizza though cannot guarantee that everyone would adore it. As for entrees, the clam pasta seemed not on the online menu but it turned out to be great. My friend and I shared the seafood risotto, and it came to the table with two divided portions - easy for sharing. The restaurant was almost full when we dined out there on a Friday night and the tables were pretty close to each other. If I had to be picky - our server did not come proactively to take the order but other severs offered to help voluntarily.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review, Siran! We hope to see you back in again soon.
Visited with an open mind and good expectations. The 3 hosts at the entrance at 5.05 pm were not as welcoming as our server. They were verbally clear that we only had 1 hour to finish our dinner. Unfortunately the food, while decent, it felt very short. We have been in dozens of Italian restaurants in the city and even though the service was very good, the food was average at best. We don't mind paying anything for a good-authentic Italian dish, but their take on the bolognese is not authentic & the serving portion looked like a kid size pasta dish for $25.00.The Parmigiana was bland and soggy. The recommended pear & prosciutto pizza special of the day was burned in the edges (picture) and underneath. The kitchen needs some good redirection.
