OnOff Restaurant & Bar has a lively and casual atmosphere, perfect for a fun night out! I had a great time sharing their tasty fries and enjoying unique cocktails. The outdoor seating is a nice touch, though the open door lets in smoke. It's definitely dog-friendly, which is a plus! Service was friendly, but the dim sum left a bit to be desired. Overall, a good spot for good vibes and snacks! 🍹
