Ondine Restaurant truly excels in creating a memorable seafood experience. 💙 It's tucked away on George IV Bridge, but don’t let the scaffolding deter you; this place deserves attention!

I indulged in their fantastic happy hour oysters - definitely fresh and delightful! The scallops were perfectly cooked, and the seasoning was just right. The staff, always friendly and knowledgeable, paired my meal with a lovely wine choice that complemented everything beautifully.

Though the halibut was a tad salty this time, their dedication to service made me feel valued. I can't wait to return!
