They did have what I ordered and called about it 45 mins after I had ordered to tell me and then I changed what I want got rude Ness on the phone.Then they proceed to take another 40 mins to even deliver my food to me..I got a club and it wasn't even toasted.The Italian sub had sat so long the oil soaked into the bread and the sausage grinder the mayo wasn't even put on the sub it was on the side.This isn't the fi3st time we have gone here and every time it's a disappointment.Stay far away from this place.
I will never order from them again. I ordered through the app.First it says it will be delivered in 40 min then changes to 1 hour 15 min.After an hour and a half I call and the lady that answered asked my address.She spoke to someone and after a few minutes told me it was on the way. Another 30 min goes by, and the delivery driver/ dishwasher calls to tell me they had a printer issue and never made the order.Why not tell me that the first time I called.I get it stuff happens but don't lie about it and then have an employee call instead of a manager.Horrible customer service and a waste of time!
It was a quick stop on the side of the road.It took a really long time to get a cold sub.The place isn't tidy, but it was clean.In particular the bathroom was really clean and comfortably designed.The has the feel of a central NH local place.
