Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was a customer for the past 13 years and I have never had such a bad experience.
The employees and even the managers were extremely disrespectful and rude.
We had split our entrees and had gotten 2 soups with 2 entrees.
When we asked for a refill of soups they denied us the refill unless we payed.
They said we were not allowed to share our food or even taste a dish from our family.
After denying refill and showing us attitude, they handed us the receipt crinkled and with a different server name.
When we pointed out the problem that the receipt was wrong they said that’s not wrong and it’s the correct receipt.
Finally they handed us a paper receipt saying their kiosk wasn’t working due to some online glitch.
As we were getting up we saw our kiosk and it was working perfectly fine as well as the ones around us.
They had lied to make sure we couldn’t write a review nor rate their service.
Just wanted to show how low this restaurant fell too.

Mother's Day dinner was a success.
Mom wanted something light, soup and salad, easy fix.
Tour of Italy, you can't go wrong.
But mostly, wanted to thank the experience of our waitress Rene M., she was pleasant, patient, and there were no complaints on this end.
You can have a meal anywhere, but sometimes the service can ruin that experience, or it can be great.
Kudos to her for being sweet, and giving great customer service.
I know it can be hard, on server's on days like today, I'm glad to have sat in her section.
I hope she gets recognized or gets some praise.

Went for a birthday, food was really good and filling.
Most left with take home boxes. We were there later in the evening so there wasn't really a wait time, got seated within few minutes. The margarita came with amaretto shot on the side which was quite good as well. The employees seemed nice and friendly and were keeping up with the service. It was a pricey bill, but there was five people plus tip and tax, but there were plenty of leftovers so was almost equal two meals. Would recommend for the occasional special night out, unless you've got deep pockets and can afford more often. We all liked it and will return as well.
