This place had worst service I have ever experienced.
I have never left a place so upset.
The servers were not friendly nor attentive.
The atmosphere appears to cater to self employed businessmen.
Twice I had to move my legs for another diner to use an electrical outlet under my seat! He wasn't even eating, and was on his phone and laptop the whole time we were there.
We ordered full breakfasts, coffee and cream.
(the cream was served in a Dixie cup) The wait staff did not come by once to check on us.
We were given the option to order to go or dine in.
We chose to dine in as the dining area looked beautiful.
By the end of the meal, no one offered to bring the check so I went to the counter to pay.
The waiter was on his cell phone and I had to wait even longer to pay for the meal.
Then the waiter told me "it is customary to tip 18%" (!) Because of the poor service I was not inclined to give that much but apparently it was not a choice, and they auto charged me, 18%.
Not happy.

This restaurant is located in the Glenmark hotel and the hospitality of the hotel carried into the restaurant.

This restaurant-cafe became ofrece New favorite place to have breakfast and hangout for a coffee whenever we want to take a break.
The staff/servers are very courteous and attentive.
They are great! The food...
we wish they are more consistent.
One of our favorite plates is the Mediterranean Omelet.
Last time, we got it overcooked and not enough filling.
The potatoes were delicious. Hopefully the manager will improve the consistency of the quality.
