I recently dined at Old Wild West in Rome and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Here are the key points of my visit: The food served was barely warm.
The meat, specifically the rib eye steak I ordered, was tough and undercooked, making it difficult to chew.
The presentation of the dishes in the menu looked far more appealing than what was actually served.
In reality, the food appeared significantly worse. The service was mediocre at best.
The waitstaff were seen walking around with cleaning supplies and trash while people were eating, which was quite off-putting. I paid 18 euros for a rib eye steak, which came with overcooked potatoes and a subpar piece of meat.
Given the quality, this meal was certainly not worth the price. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant left much to be desired. In summary, Old Wild West in Rome has a lot of room for improvement.
The food quality, service, and overall dining experience were disappointing.
I hope the management takes these feedback points seriously and works towards enhancing their offerings.

The waitress was extremely unhelpful and rude, unfortunately I don't speak Italian and she wasn't willing to help with the menu.
Furthermore her attitude during the meal was unpleasant and seemed like she would have preferred to be anywhere else.
The burger was small and average, lemon slice was put into cokes for no reason, salad was good sized- overall overpriced for what you get.

The food is very good, especially the burgers.
However, the service is below average.
The staff is not attentive.
You will have to search them to order.
You have to carefully read the menu and add or remove any ingredients as the staff don't have much knowledge.
