Old 56 Family Restaurant is a delightful gem in Olathe! The retro diner atmosphere brought back nostalgic vibes. I ordered the breakfast special sampler for just $12.95, and it was a hearty feast that arrived in under 15 minutes! 😋

The pancakes here are a must-try - light and fluffy, with just the right touch of sweetness. The biscuits were good, but I personally prefer my country gravy with a bit more kick. Our server, Jaime, was super friendly and kept our coffee cups full, which made the experience even better.

Definitely a spot I’d revisit! ☕️🥞
