At Noya, the atmosphere is inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. I loved the complimentary breads and vibrant salads that kicked off our dinner. The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing our experience overall.

While the food was delicious, the surrounding area could use some work. Occasionally, an odd smell wafts in from outside, which can be distracting. Nevertheless, the small plates are worth trying.

I would recommend visiting, especially if you enjoy cozy spots with good service. 🍷
