Nestled within the Best Western Plus, Nouvo Cuisine & Mixologie offers a delightful culinary escape in Quebec City. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique twists on traditional dishes. The lobster roll was a showstopper - rich and flavorful - while the freshly made pasta had just the right bite. Our server, Timothé, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent wine pairings.

I tried a cocktail that, unfortunately, fell flat, but the scrumptious Brie salad and dessert more than made up for it. I’ll be back! 🍽️
