Noodles and Company in Bismarck is a solid choice for a casual meal. I tried the penne Rosa today, and it was flavorful, though I wish there was a bit more chicken on my plate. The atmosphere is vibrant, perfect for a quick lunch break. Service was prompt, but I noticed a hiccup with my order - not the end of the world, but it did dampen the experience a bit. All in all, I'll be back for those potstickers and to give them another shot! 🍜
